HIP CMW101X Series high-performance parking barrier with brushless DC motor rated for 10 million cycles. Operates continuously 24/7 without interruption. Supports extreme temperatures from -30°C to +70°C. Suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.

- Operation while powered off: Manually turn the steering wheel or lift the wood to prevent it from rising, and the battery system can use power from a DC24V battery or be activated once using a super capacitor backup battery.
- Supports connection of security accessory devices including Loop detector, Photo Sensor, or Radar
